1. Refund Policy

At Holistic Woman Solutions, we value your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we offer refunds.

  • 1.1 Refund Eligibility
    • Course Enrollment : Refunds for course enrollments are available within 0 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it in writing within this timeframe.
    • Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products, including downloadable resources, once they are purchased and downloaded.
  • 1.2 Refund Process
    • To request a refund, please contact us at info@holisticwomansolutions.com. We will review your request and, if eligible, process the refund within 3-5 business days.
  • 1.3 Non-Refundable Items

  • Services: We do not offer refunds for coaching or consulting services once they have been rendered. However, if you have any concerns or issues, please reach out to us, and we will work to address them to your satisfaction.

  • 1.4 Payment Methods
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • 2. Cancellation Policy
    • 2.1 Course Enrollment- 
      • If you wish to cancel your enrollment in one of our courses, you may be eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 30 days from the course start date.
      •  After the 30-day period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, but we can discuss options for rescheduling or transferring your enrollment to a future course.
    • 2.2 Coaching or Consulting Services
      • - If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching or consulting session, please provide 72 hours' notice. If you fail to provide sufficient notice, the session may be considered forfeited.
